Butyl Acetate

Butyl acetateIt is a highly adaptable solvent with stable performance at low temperatures. It is a common organic is widely used in the paint, coating and cleaning industry to effectively dissolve and optimize product performance.

 

Suitable boiling point: The boiling point is about 126℃, which is not easy to volatilize quickly at room temperature and is convenient for construction operation; it can volatilize quickly when heated to improve production efficiency.


High cost-effectiveness: Because of its mature production process, raw materials (acetic acid, butanol) are widely available and relatively cheap, suitable for large-scale industrial application.

Methyl Acetate

Methyl acetate is a common environmentally friendly solvent, often used to dilute paint, paint or make cleaning agents, with a faint fruity aroma.It has fast volatilization and low irritation, which makes it suitable to replace some traditional solvents. Q: Is butyl acetate compatible with plastic parts on precision circuit boards during electronic component cleaning?

A: ABS, PC and other engineering plastics are not corrosive, but after cleaning, it needs to be dried quickly to prevent moisture adsorption.

Q: Is the low temperature tolerance up to standard in aerospace composite coating?

A: N-BUTYLACETATEESTER is not crystallized at-50℃, but it needs to be combined with low temperature resistant resin (such as fluorocarbon resin) to avoid coating brittleness and peeling.

Q: How to improve the coating uniformity in UV curing adhesive? Should it be stored in the dark?
