Waste Asphalt Regenerant
Waste asphalt regenerant is a composite asphalt rejuvenator integrating warm-mix technology, restoration technology, and modification technology. It holds patents and represents the most advanced asphalt rejuvenator product in the market. It enables 100% recycling of milled materials i.e., reclaimed asphalt pavement, RAP.
Water Reactive Asphalt
Water Reactive asphalt is a novel pavement material composed of responsive asphalt, aggregates, mineral powder, and other components. This product uses water as a catalyst, undergoing a responsive reaction under its influence to rapidly form strength after molding, enabling quick reopening of traffic. Water-reactive high-durability asphalt mixture is suitable for rapid repair of small-to-medium road sections and can also be applied to large-scale pavement projects.

Waste Asphalt Regenerant
Warm-mix property: Compared to typical hot-mix asphalt, the warm-mix property enables the recycled mixture can achieve enough coating and compaction at a lower temperatures, typically 20-40°C lower. It can prevent secondary aging of asphalt caused by high temperatures, while reducing energy consumption, and extending paving time. All of the above properities improve economic efficiency.
Restoration property: The restoration of properties by recovering the aromatic and saturated fractions from asphalt helps reduce the input of new asphalt, thereby saving production costs for asphalt mixing plant customers.
Modifition property: Modified properties are enhanced through the addition of modifiers to improve specific attributes of asphalt. Different modifiers serve distinct purposes, such as increasing rutting resistance SBS, improving low-temperature ductility TPS, and delaying secondary aging antioxidants. Asphalt mixing plants select appropriate modifiers for application based on specific construction requirements and other relevant conditions.
Water Reactive Asphalt
Construction feasibility under All-weather: With no restrict under winter low temperatures, rain, snow and other extreme weather conditions. Our product has the strength of quick reopen traffic within 1 hour.
Obtain strength in short time: Conventional cold patch materials exhibit low initial strength and require extended time to develop strength.
Excellent high-temperature stability: The high-temperature stability is excellent, with dynamic stability reaching over 6000 times/mm, and the high-temperature stability performance is superior to that of hot-mix asphalt mixture SMA.

Application
After excavating old asphalt pavement, the RAP is transported back to the asphalt mixing plant for centralized crushing and grading. The RAP material is tested including oil content. Based on the quality requirements of different pavement layers, this product and RAP material are processed and mixed in the regeneration drum at a certain ratio generally 0.2% to 0.3% of the RAP material, resulting in high-quality recycled asphalt concrete, which is then paved as recycled asphalt pavement.
Water Reactive asphalt can be widely applicable to various types of roads such as municipal roads, highways, airports, underground parking lots, campus roads, and school roads,etc. The construction process is simple: after cleaning the groove, pour in the finished material, spread it evenly, add water, and then compact it.
