Superior deep curing capacity: Benefiting from its long absorption wavelength, ultraviolet and visible light have stronger penetration to the material, so it can effectively trigger the polymerization reaction in the thick coating, colored system (such as white paint) and deep composite, achieving complete curing.

Low odor and low migration: The molecular weight of the fragments produced after photosynthesis is low and volatile, with less residue in cured products and small odor. It is suitable for applications where odor and extract are required.

Surface curing and deep curing are carried out simultaneously: As a single-component photoinitiator, it can directly produce two kinds of free radicals by self-lysis under light without the need for co-initiator to complete the curing process independently. At the same time, it induces surface and deep layer polymerization, effectively reducing the problem of surface sticking caused by oxygen inhibition, and the cured film has high hardness.

Excellent environmental tolerance: The cured product has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, anti-UV aging and anti-thermal aging ability, and can maintain stable performance in harsh environment.

Good compatibility, low mobility: The molecular structure has good compatibility with many acrylic resins and active diluents, and is easy to be processed. After curing, the residual low in the system is not easy to be precipitated, which helps maintain the stability of long-term performance of the material.

Excellent solidification material properties: The curing products caused by it have a dense crosslinking network structure, which can give the material excellent mechanical strength, hardness, chemical resistance and anti-yellowing characteristics. The curing process has relatively small volume shrinkage, which helps to reduce internal stress.

High solidification efficiency: 2,4-Diethyl-9H-thioxanthen-9-one can absorb long-wave ultraviolet light efficiently and produce free radicals quickly, which greatly accelerates the rate of polymerization reaction and realizes rapid deep curing.
