Phenolic resin for friction materials is a thermosetting matrix resin used in products such as brake pads and clutch facings, which forms crosslinked structures during curing to bond various raw materials into an integrated component.

Low Volatile Content: Vacuum dehydration and a three-stage rectification process ensure volatile content ≤1.0%.
High Heat Resistance: The etherification and heat-holding process increases the resin's glass transition temperature to 160–175℃.
