On April 23, Orke Group visited the Shandong Provincial Analysis and Testing Center.
The Provincial Testing Center is affiliated with Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences). It is a modern, public welfare scientific research institution dedicated to fundamental and applied basic research, providing technical testing services in disciplines such as chemistry and materials science.
Orke Group's customer base has grown annually, demonstrating differentiated applications in petroleum resin products. Leveraging the provincial testing center's advanced laboratories and highly qualified research talents, the company will better meets clients' customized requirements.
Ji Wenhua, head of the Molecular Editing and Synthesis Innovation Team, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Orke Group and introduced the center's development vision, research platform establishment, as well as the team's research advancements in small molecule synthesis and green manufacturing of fine chemicals. Xu Liangjun presented the company's historical development, industrial scale, and technological requirements in C9/C5 petroleum resin industry.
During the exchange, both parties discussed cooperation models including addressing technical bottlenecks in the C-9 petroleum resin sector, analyzing and testing components of pyrolysis-derived C-9 feedstocks, establishing joint laboratories, sharing industrial-scale facilities and testing resources, and creating a two-way talent exchange mechanism between academia and industry.
Moving forward, the two sides will conduct in-depth consultations on implementing technical solutions, jointly submitting project proposals, and investing in new initiatives to strengthen their collaborative partnership.
